Hands-on Creation and Delivery of a Professional Development Module

The student will conduct a needs assessment and then will create a professional development module in the learning management platform of their choice for distance delivery to an audience in their chosen field. Upon completion of the module, the student will present the content to the appropriate audience and assess the effectiveness of their instructional design.
